TORONTO – CI Global Asset Management (“CI GAM”) Announces Estimated Reinvested Distributions (“Estimated Reinvested Distributions”) for JFT Strategies Fund (the “Fund”), a closed-end fund, for the year ending 31 December 2021. Please note that these are only estimated amounts as at October 29, 2021 and include certain forward-looking information that could cause the estimated reinvested distributions to change before the end of the Fund’s taxation year on December 31, 2021. . . Estimated reinvested distributions

Estimated reinvested distributions will be paid on or before January 14, 2022, to holders of record on December 31, 2021. Estimated reinvested distributions will be paid by the issuance of securities of the Fund, and immediately thereafter, the issued and outstanding capital of the Fund will be consolidated so that the number of issued and outstanding securities of the Fund does not change.
